Kappa Chenda!




Ingredients:
1.Tapioca(kappa)-3
2.Salt








Method:
1.Cut a medium length tapioca into 3 pieces ...and cut each pieces into half from its middle.
2.Boil water in a big vessel.
3.Add the washed tapioca and salt.Let it cook.Its cooking time is depends upon the tapioca.
4.Once u feel like its cooked then drain the water .

Have this Kappa chenda with Fish curry or even with mulaku pottichathu.

Here is the recipe of mulaku pottichathu..
Things u need...
Green chilly,Shallots,Salt,Tamarind and Oil.

Method:
1.Fry the shallots in a little oil.
2.Take a small bowl and smash shallots,green chilly.Then add tanarind ,salt and oil...the yummy mouth watering mulaku pottichathu is ready!!
